Ed has more than 20 years experience in international development, including 10 years as an on-site project manager in SE Asia.  He has worked as a technical advisor to government training divisions throughout the Caribbean basin. In Africa he provided technical support on the establishment and on-going operation of a regional organization supporting the Central Banks of eleven countries.

Ed has owned and operated a number of businesses in Canada and worked as a consultant to national organizations, government agencies and numerous small businesses.  He is a published author and for several years was a motivational speaker at conferences and business conventions.

Ed has a MSc in Business Management from Loughborough University in the UK and was a PhD candidate in Adult Education at Florida State University, USA. He taught at both the undergraduate and graduate levels in Canada and the US and was Director of Development for Malaspina College in British Columbia.
