MA. ELLA CALAOR OPLAS
Ms Oplas was the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer of PEARL2 a Canadian International Development Agency funded project that supports the development of Small and Medium Enterprises in the Philippines. She is responsible for monitoring the implementation of project and managing implementation of “Institutionalization of ARMM as the Halal Certification Center in the Philippines” in partnership with the ARMM Business Council. Prior to PEARL2, she specialized on Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility and Local Governance through researches conducted with La Salle Institute of Governance and Social Development Research Center at De La Salle University. She was part of the technical staff of the Economic Coordinating Council, an economic body created by an Executive Order during the presidency of Joseph Estrada. Ms. Oplas is now teaching at the Economics Department of De La Salle University where she also completed her undergraduate and masters degree on Applied Economics.

For more than 10 years, He had given his services to various local call centers and consultancy firms in the country working as a Trainer, Team Leader and QA Manager. He also had a brief stint working overseas as a Junior Network Administrator for an Oil and Gas company in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E and have spent a great deal of my spare time working professionally as an Instructor for INFORMATICS and NEW HORIZONS, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E for courses like Adobe Photoshop, ImageReady, Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects, Premiere, Adobe/Macromedia Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Corel Draw, Windows 2000/2003 Server, Hardware and Software PC Assembly Installation, Upgrade, troubleshooting and Computer Network Basics (LAN/WAN).
His dream is to someday offer free education the moment he get proper funding from people or companies that would be willing to help and support his cause. Unfortunately for now, the best I could do is offer a cost effective Boot Camp training/tutorial program that will be affordable to all.
Making Education affordable is already a huge step in making education available to all classes of society and this is where I chose to make my contribution.
